super bowl

well it's over. the 08-09 season. i was rooting for the Cards tonight. blach. i never pick the winner. i did enjoy watching the game. it was an exciting 4th quarter. as seems to happen the past few years my daughter got into watching it also. she has no interest all year long in football aside from me telling her how the BEARS or COLTS did. she was all about the game and football in general during that 4th quarter though. just goes to show how great the game of football is.

i forgot to blog about my incident when i went to the movies friday. we pretty much always go to the regal theater at east view mall. it also always seems that when we go there seems to be some sort of problem with the sound. well... it happened again the previews start and ZIPPY sound. where my wife and i are sitting we are the furthest away from the door to tell management. so i am sitting looking at everyone waiting for one of the other people who are closer to get up and do it. i sat there for a good minute waiting. now understand it is the opening day of this movie so there are quite a few people. no one gets up. so, i go do it. i come back in an the theater everyone is looking at me. so.... i shout out "YOUR WELCOME!!!" i actually did hear a few thanks.

it just amazes me that they would continue to sit there with no sound. i ALWAYS seem to be the guy that has to do it. just unreal.


well i did play a little poker when i woke up this morning. i played 5 of the 210FPP 200k stars satellites that i have posted about. i went 3 for 5. so that is $33 more trny credits i have. i had to check cause i forgot. i have spent 2730fpp's for $88 in trny credits so far. and to think i was just gonna take 5k of them for $50 cash. wow how -EV would that have been. i actually planned to get up this morning to play these figuring the play would be worse than normal due to the time crunch fact to get in. it was. i would have won all of them but.. i had AA cracked by 66. and had A7 flopped 2pr when a guy utg just limped i was in BB saw flop for free we got it all in on flop. he went runner, runner hearts for a flush. lol so 8/13 is pretty dam sick for this year.

well i think i am about to go play a little more poque on line. this is my last late night i have. i still have yet to watch 24!! so this might be a quick session.
